Evolution Capital Management acquires Tokyo Apache’s managing company

Evolution Capital Management (Santa Monica, CA) acquired a managing company of a professional basketball team, Tokyo Apache, in Japan.  As an advisor to Evolution, Foxmark was assigned to help manage the Tokyo Apache business and assigned its COO, Yuichi Yamamoto, as the representative director of the acquired entity.  Evolution Capital Management has been a client of Foxmark since 2003.
