Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT), the parent company of Minor Hotels which operates over 560 hotels across 58 countries, announces a new strategic partnership with Royal Holdings, establishing a joint venture company to expand Minor’s luxury & lifestyle hotel brands into the Japanese market (MINT press release).

 

Foxmark represented Minor Hotels to help structure this strategic partnership with Royal Holdings, whereby three of Minor’s globally recognized luxury & lifestyle hotel brands will enter the Japanese market with the target of developing 21 hotels by 2035. Minor Hotel will retain Foxmark as their advisor to support the ongoing business development of this joint venture.
